Dr. Cam Daniels — There's No Universal Way to Regulate a Nervous System. There's Yours.
Nervous System Regulation

There's no universal way to regulate a nervous system.
There's yours.

Breathe this way. Cold plunge. Tone your vagus nerve. The internet hands everyone the same nervous-system advice — generic, one-size-fits-all, and blind to which way your system is actually stuck. That's why it keeps failing you. I do the opposite: I measure your nervous system, find your type, and build the protocol for the one you actually have.

It Was Never In Your Head

Your tests came back normal. You didn't.

You've been passed between specialists. Told your labs look fine. Handed an anxiety diagnosis for a body clearly doing something no one can name. Nearly 80% of people with dysautonomia are told it's anxiety first. In one survey, 40% of women with chronic conditions said they were made to feel crazy.

You are not crazy. Your nervous system was just never actually measured.

There's a difference between being dismissed and being measured. I do the second one.

Measured, Not Guessed

Everyone measures a feeling. I measure the data.

Measurement isn't one machine. In my clinic it's computerized infrared thermography and digital X-ray. Remotely it's your HRV, your orthostatic numbers, your labs, your structured history — read by someone who's analyzed more than ten thousand nervous system scans. Either way, we measure. We never guess.

The wellness world sells you a feeling. I show you the data — then I read it. Because thousands of scans didn't buy me a machine. They bought me an eye.

The Mechanism

Three stressors. Two ways to get stuck. One goal.

Thoughts, traumas, and toxins all land on the same wire. Here's how they tip your nervous system — and what it means to get it back.

HYPO REGULATED HYPER
Baseline
ThoughtsTraumasToxins
Baseline

Your nervous system has a set point.

On a good day it fires up when you need it, then comes back down. That "comes back down" is the whole game.

The Load

Three kinds of stress push on it.

Thoughts — emotional and mental stress. Traumas — physical and structural stress. Toxins — chemical stress. Different doors, same wire.

Stuck On · Hyperactive

Push too hard, and it jams ON.

Wired, anxious, "tired but wired," racing mind, shallow sleep. The gas pedal is stuck down.

What backfires here: more cold, more caffeine, harder workouts. It needs less, not more.
Crashed Off · Hypoactive

Or it crashes OFF.

Flat, foggy, numb, heavy, checked out. The system pulled the emergency brake to protect you.

What backfires here: more rest, more "just relax." It needs gentle, gradual activation.
The Goal · Regulated

The goal isn't zero stress. It's a system that comes back.

Regulated doesn't mean calm all the time. It means you can take the hit from thoughts, traumas, and toxins — and return to baseline instead of getting stuck.

Which way is yours tipped right now?

The Path

We measure. Then we regulate from the root.

Step 01

Take the quiz

Your first measured read — a structured look at where your nervous system is actually stuck.

Step 02

Measure deeper

HRV, orthostatic vitals, labs, and structured intake remotely — or thermography and digital X-ray in the clinic.

Step 03

Regulate from the root

A protocol built on your Thoughts/Traumas/Toxins pattern and your real measurements — never a generic routine handed to everyone.

In Their Words

What it feels like to finally be measured.

I'm an Occupational Therapist — we were trained not to trust chiropractors. Then I watched Dr. Cam help my client with chronic headaches, migraines, and autoimmune and neurological issues. The only word I had for the change was miraculous.

— L.C., Occupational Therapist

Nine years of CRPS — surgeries, medications, most of my life spent in bed or on a walker. Nothing worked until Dr. Cam. The walker's put away now, and I only get in bed to sleep. He knows the nervous system deeply — and he helps you understand it along the way.

— C.B., CRPS

I traveled from out of state for my migraines. After the first adjustment I felt incredible relief, and I went my first month without one. I work offshore, so we schedule calls to keep strengthening my nervous system while I'm away. It's science-based, and it addresses the root cause.

— M.S., Chronic Migraines

We love that this gets to the underlying cause instead of masking it with another pill. Dr. Cam has helped our whole family — including my son's seizures and my trigeminal neuralgia. Get to the cause, repair, live life.

Straight Answers

The questions a skeptic asks.

Isn't this just chiropractic with extra steps?

Upper cervical care is one tool I use — not the headline. Most people who find me have already tried chiropractic. What's different is that I measure the nervous system driving your symptoms — thermography, X-ray, HRV, labs — and build a protocol for your type. The adjustment is one input; the measurement and the plan are the work.

I've tried everything and nothing worked. Why would this be different?

Because most of what you tried was generic — the same breathing, cold, and "just relax" handed to everyone, blind to which way your system is stuck. The fix for a wired system is the opposite of the fix for a shut-down one. I measure which one you are first, then prescribe for that. That's the step that was missing.

Where's the actual science? This sounds like wellness hype.

I don't sell you a feeling — I show you data and read it. Your nervous system leaves measurable signals: HRV, thermographic patterns, orthostatic response. Everything I do is built on those, not vibes. And if the data says your nervous system isn't the driver, I'll tell you.

Do I have to fly to Little Rock to work with you?

No. In-clinic care is the highest-resolution tier, for structural cases. Most people start with the free quiz, the community, or 1:1 remote coaching read from your HRV, labs, and history. If your case genuinely needs hands, I'll tell you honestly — I won't take you on remotely for a problem that needs a chair.

This isn't cheap. Is it actually worth it?

It ranges from a free quiz to a $49/month community to 1:1 and in-clinic programs, with payment plans on the larger ones. You're not paying for another guess — you're paying to finally measure the system every other provider skipped, and to stop spending on advice that was never built for your type.
